Hello everyone...How do you do today? Hope you all are well.
Last time I promised you all to post about our class activity.
Today I am sharing my group's presentation  experiences and our preparation before presentation.
The topic for our group that the lecture chose is Information Management problems.
We decided to present six problems of information management with solutions.
The IM problems that we chose are,

  • data lost
  • lack of storage
  • different management problem
  • unreliable information
  • hacking and
  • lack of security for private.
There are so many groups in our class. One group has at least five members.
In our group, we have seven members from six countries. Me and Barani from Myanmar, Asif from Bangladesh, Tuan Arinah from Thailand, Patrya from Cambodia and Taibu from Africa. 
Each member took a problem and solution. The leader took introduction and conclusion.
We prepared everything properly. Our lecturer spent at least 15 minutes for each group.
All the groups before us presented very well. They presented about CM, DM, RM,DAM, LM and LCM problems. I was so exciting during my presentation.
We spent three days for all groups presentations.
I gained a lot of knowledge. I really thank to our lecturer and all of my friends for giving me a plenty of knowledge about IT.

Week.1 Session.3
Hello visitors. Very good day to all of you. Hope you are in good health.
As you know, today I am going to share my experiences and knowledge of IT class, week 1, session 3. 
Do you know the qualities of valuable information?
A valuable information must have six kind of expressed qualities.

  1. Accurate
  2. Veriafiable
  3. Timely
  4. Organized
  5. Complete
  6. Useful 
GIGO
It stands for Garbage in, Garbage out.

I also learned about the economics of INFORMATION & IT. Our lecturer explained us about IT economics and it's uses.







Information has two basic elements.
  • Reach which means the number of people and
  • Richness means amount of quality information shared in transaction.
It has three components.
1) Bandwidth
2) Customization and
3) Interactivity





We learned about Data communication as well.
It must exists at least three elements.
They are sender, medium and receiver.
The computer network is significant because of
resource sharing
information sharing and
promote communication and collaboration. 
Another title for today is Information Management(IM).
IM means managing any kind of information.

 IM comprises encompasses systems such as..
  1. CM
  2. DM
  3. RM
  4. DAM
  5. LM
  6. LCM
These all are knowledge I got today.
Our lecture gave us a task to make group presentation next week as a class activity. I will try to post about my group presentation. And also other groups' presentations as well. Well, let me stop here for today. See you soon. :)

Week.1 Session.2
Asslamualikum and very good day to everyone. Nice to see you here again. 
Today I attended the second session of week 1, IT class. Let me share you the knowledge I gained today again.

 Ok, do you know  the differences between data and information???
Data

  • It is a raw fact
  • It can be in the form of numbers, characters, symbols, pictures or even sounds
  • It has no sagnificance when it exits in that form
  Information
  • It is data that is organize and meaningful
  • Used for making decisions
  • Data is used as input for processing and information is output for this processing

Week.1
Hello to all visitors. It's time to post again. Today I want to share you all about my knowledge that I got in class. Today I gained plenty of information about IT.
IT stands for information technology. IT is used in every field nowadays. IT is very important for all.
Before starting about IT, I want to express what the computer is.
As you all know, computer is a programmable machine that carries out what it has been instructed to do. There are five operations in computer which called input, output, processing, storage and communication. 

 There are five generations of computer.
First generation is Vacuum Tube.






Second Generation is Transistors.




Third generation is Integrated Circuit (IC).



Fourth generation is VLSI/ULSI.




Fifth generation is Artificial Intelligence.
  








There are six categories of computer.
They are
1. Embeded computers
2. Mobile devices
3. Personal computers
4. Midrange computers 
5. Mainframes
6. Supercomputers

Today is my first week and first class of IT class. I was so exciting before going to class. I wanted to know what knowledge I am going to get from my first class. My lecturer's name is Me.Khiron Nisha. I really like the way she teaches. Today she introduced us with her subject, explains about assignments, rules and regulations in class. We also had to introduce ourselves to class. Today I got to know new friends in my IT class and got lots of fun. I really like this class. Hope to have fun in next days also. That's all for today. Something about me..

Hi everyone..Very good day to all the visitors to my blog.

I am Phyu Phyu Nway Oo. I am eighteen years old girl studying in  Albukhary International University. I am from Yangon, Myanmar. I attended in Practicing High School Yangon Institute of Education from 2000 to 2011. When I finished my high school, I joined to Western Yangon Technological University. I specialized in IT major. I just attended that university only for two months. After that I join to AIU. I found AIU from internet and I am interested in AIU. So I applied it in 2011 and came to Malaysia in 2012, February. Now I have been in Malaysia one year. I have completed my 6 months IEP program in last year August. I am now studying in foundation program. I already finished my first trimester in January and now I am in second trimester of FSP. We have to learn three courses of IT in FSP. In my first trimester, I took Computer & Internet. I learned basic things about computer and internet. Now I m taking Information Technology and I am going to take Information Literacy in next trimester. I am really interesting in IT. IT is very important in 21st century. We cannot do most of the thing without IT nowadays. I got a lot of knowledge in my first trimester. I also hope to get a plenty of knowledge in this trimester. My lecturer for this trimester is Ms.Khiron Nisha. I really like the way she teaches. I hope I will have a lot of fun and knowledge in this trimester.I am going to post my class activities and the knowldge I gain form my lecturer.
